Terms & Conditions of Hire

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Supervision

  • A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.

  • Our equipment is for children only unless stated otherwise.

2. Safety & Use

  • Equipment must be used safely and for its intended purpose only.

  • No climbing on walls, nets, or outside of inflatables.

  • Shoes, glasses, sharp objects, food, and drinks are not allowed on equipment.

3. Space & Access

  • You are responsible for ensuring there is suitable space, safe access, and a power supply (if required).

  • The area must be clear of obstacles, pets, and hazards.

4. Weather

  • Outdoor hires are weather dependent.

  • We reserve the right not to set up or to remove equipment in unsafe conditions (e.g. high winds or heavy rain).

5. Illness & Cleanliness

  • Equipment must be returned in a reasonably clean condition.

  • Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.

6. Damage & Loss

  • You are responsible for any loss or damage (other than fair wear and tear) during the hire period.

7. Cancellations

  • Security deposits are refundable once equipment has been checked over. 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to avoid charges.

8. Collection

  • Equipment must remain inflated and in place until we collect it unless agreed otherwise.

9. Liability

  • All users play at their own risk.

  • We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow these terms.

10. Right to Refuse Hire

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a hire if conditions are unsafe or terms are breached.
