What ages are your soft play and bouncy castles suitable for?

Our soft play equipment is designed for ages 0–5, while our bouncy castles are suitable for children 2–6 years. Older children and adults are not permitted for safety reasons.

Do you deliver, set up, and collect the equipment?

Yes! We handle everything—delivery, setup, and collection—so you can relax and enjoy the day. We’ll give you an arrival time slot before your event.

Can your equipment be used indoors and outdoors?

Soft play is suitable indoors and outdoors as long as it is dry. Bouncy castles can be used indoors or outdoors on real grass with secure anchoring. We cannot place inflatables on concrete, decking, or artificial grass.

What surfaces do you need for setup?

Soft Play: flat indoor surface only (wood, vinyl, hall flooring) or outdoor flat surface. Bouncy Castle (outdoor): flat real grass with no sharp objects, slopes, or obstacles. If booking is required on Astroturf please let us know. Bouncy Castle (indoor): flat, clean hall or home flooring with adequate ceiling height. 

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured, and certificates can be provided to venues on request.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends fill quickly, especially during peak seasons. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
